Partner with ITSES

Business With Us

We partner with safe, ethical, and capable suppliers to deliver Engineering, Consultancy, Accommodation and Retailing solutions across Malaysia.

How we engage suppliers

Our sourcing process is simple and transparent. For higher‑risk scopes, we apply additional checks to protect people, the environment and our customers.

1

Discovery & Category Fit

Share your capabilities, certifications and past performance for the relevant category (e.g., rotating/static mechanical services, calibration, manpower, accommodation and trading).

2

Pre‑qualification

We assess safety performance, management systems, financial standing, insurances and references prior to being invited for RFQ/RFP.

3

Sourcing Event (RFQ/RFP)

Qualified vendors receive a clear scope, technical requirements, commercial terms and submission timeline.

4

Evaluation & Award

We evaluate on safety, technical compliance, delivery, total cost, and local value creation—then issue PO/contract to the selected supplier/ Vendor.

5

Mobilisation and Performance

Kick‑off, HSE inductions and KPIs. Ongoing performance reviews drive continual improvement and safe, reliable delivery.

Our procurement principles

We aim for safe, timely and cost‑effective delivery while upholding high standards of ethics and sustainability.

Quality and Safety first (QHSE)

Zero harm mindset, regulatory compliance, hazard identification, competent personnel and certified equipment.

Ethics and compliance

Anti‑bribery, conflict‑of‑interest disclosure, fair competition, data protection and respect for human rights across the supply chain.

Value and performance

We evaluate total cost of ownership, technical fit, schedule, quality and continuous improvement, not price alone.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about registration and sourcing.

Do I need to be registered to receive an RFQ?

We may invite capable suppliers to an RFQ while registration is in progress for time‑critical scopes. Contract award requires completion of pre‑qualification and vendor setup.

What safety performance data do you look for?

Recent 3‑year safety KPIs (e.g., TRIR/LTIFR), evidence of training/competency, incident/near‑miss reporting, and risk management practices relevant to the scope.

Do you work with SMEs or local vendors?

Yes. We value local capabilities and encourage SMEs to register—especially for services in Kemaman, Labuan and surrounding regions.

What insurance levels are required?

Insurance requirements depend on risk and location. As guidance, on‑site works typically require public liability and workmen compensation; offshore or high‑risk scopes may require higher limits.
